Poor service. Entire order was wrong. Trying to see a movie and have lunch. waited so long for food there was no time try to correct the order.

6 of us for a birthday meal. 15 minutes from being seated to order. 20 minutes from order till my adult beverage was served. 1 hour from order to food at table. A fried chicken salad came without tomatoes, onion, romaine. In fact it not only didn’t resemble what we ordered, it didn’t resemble anything on the menu. Salad sent back. My favorite OC, the bartenders really make you feel like a friend.
We have eaten there many times and was great. But having a bad server can ruin the whole meal. He messed up on everything from the appetizer, the meal then the bill. It was a joke.
Was very excited to eat. Sat down in a short time. Wasn't busy for a Saturday night. Made our orders.......and literally waited over 30min for an appetizer. Other tables that came in after us recieved their orders and were eating before us, the waiter did not even offer and explanation for the wait. Only apologized. We canceled our order before the food even hit the table and left.
Was my first time in 4 years coming here and I went to have a final lunch with my mom who was in town from California , it was bittersweet but being there was worth every minute , we had a wonderful meal and service , the front desk young man was beyond sweet and respectful
