Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had and I am very difficult to tick off. After the server realized he forgot to enter my order and everyone else’s food came out, it still took 45 min to get a bowl of pasta! I was continually told my food would be out shortly. The manager comped our food but it it was one of the most frustrating dining experiences I’ve ever had. It shouldn’t take 3 hours to get a pizza and pasta. I will never go to this location again.

This is the third Old Chicago we have been to in the last 6 months and it’s the only one we have had good service at and our food was not burnt! The server Connor was excellent and our food was very good! We will be back to this location even thou we have to drive a little further! So yes I do recommend this this Old Chicago, at this location!

First we got the wrong drink delivered to our table no big deal it was still good, then I found a hair on my burnt Stromboli and had it sent back, asked about three times please no onion. Got a new one back that was so full of onion that it made the whole table wreak like onion. The calzone we ordered had clearly been scraped on the bottom from how black it had gotten in the oven, and to top it off the turkey blt we ordered had no tomato...
Emily was a great server! Very fast and attentive. She recommended the Italian nachos and they were delicious! I was skeptical at first but it's my new favorite dish. I will definitely be going back for the app and the excellent service.
