Knowledgeable – I worked with Shannon Merkel. We did most of the negotiation via email as I live nearly 800 miles away from the Olathe dealership. Daniel Tigerina at Olathe Toyota was by far the best car sales rep I have ever worked with. I must say that he made the whole experience enjoyable. I had very specific needs; this is my work vehicle I have to carry a lot of sales product. He helped me load the demo vehicle with all of trunk stock to ensure that everything fit!! The car is also my mobile office. Daniel did a great job!!
Total pleasure – My salesperson, Kent Cusack was great to work with and Ill refer him whenever I can. He was professional and not at all high-pressure (if he had be, Id have walked) Kent made this experience a total pleasure.

Wonderful job – Buying a car I recommend, Robert Jackson who sold me my echo and matrix, or Shannon Merkel. She helped me find my yaris while Mr. Jackson was on vacation. She was his apprentice and did a wonderful job as well

I purchased a truck there 3 years ago, but things have changed I will not be back – This dealership is perhaps the worst I have ever visited. I called the Sales manager to inquire about an advertisement that the dealership was currently running on television and he knew nothing about it, and seemed inconvenienced by my call.
