I had a great experience at Ola's yesterday. I went in just to get a quote on a particular service and was happily and promptly fitted in and cared for. A couple of hours later I emerged with a beautiful new look! The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff very polite. Will definitely be returning in the future.
I really like coming here. It's close to home and the service is great. Staff really care about doing a good job. I've been here twice and will definitely be back.
Visited this salon on June 3 and got box braids, by June 12th, seven of them had fallen out!!! Contacted Ola via text, phone, and stopped by shop to try and get this corrected, but was refused. Paying $160 for a service that was done poorly and completely ignored is not very unprofessional and a scam! What ever happened to customer service and standing behind your service? DO NOT USE THIS SALON!!!

Everyone is entitled to own opinion. But just to let everone know. You came in with pixie cut and i explained to you That the back and sides are too short to braid. But you still want the braid anyway . My braider tried so hard to pick and braid it for you and at the end you Thank uš for the effort and eventualno sent a text of how people compliment the hair and the job.
