I had one of the worst medical experiences in 15 years living in Houston with Dr. Alade. I sought a second opinion but left feeling dismissed and dehumanized. He was aggressive, lacked compassion, and seemed more focused on questioning ME over my previous surgeon’s decisions than helping me understand medically what was done to me. My experience in the initial visit with Dr. Alade was outstanding. Good bedside manner, and a frank discussion about my options and possible outcomes. We talked about what recovery would look like and what my expectations should be. I am not looking forward to having surgery for a torn achilles tendon, but I am confident I have the right doctor for that surgery.
Dr. Alade explained all the steps that were to come before surgery and after. He responded to questions in a very timely pace. He was one of the best doctors I have used by far.
I went to his office and did not take the time to examine my foot. He stood up at his office door and called the nurse to put an asteroid shot. After he recommend a toe patch to alleviate my pain on my toes due to calluses. However, I had bunion on my big toe that it’s shifting my other toes. Obviously, I need to correct the problem with a surgery. Dr. Alade does not take seriously his patients foot problems. I would not recommend him.
Dr. Alade is a great surgeon. From the very first time I met him, i felt comfortable knowing that I was in good hands. He is very professional and has the knowledge of a great surgeon. I would definitely recommend him to anyone seeking a good doctor. Sandra Alexander
He came into the room and didn't open my chart on the computer nor did he examine my foot and told me there was nothing he could do for me! He didn't listen to what I had to say, had no compassion for my situation! I've never been treated so badly by any doctor and he made me feel discriminated for having other medical conditions. I felt he didn't want to help me as a patient. Very unprofessional and was not helpful at all!
I found him rude and uncarring, had to ask him to look at my records to see what I was talking about, he told me he didnt see anything wrong and I feel what I feel but a shot would help and it didnt . Told be the practitioner I saw didn't know what they were talking about.
Dr. Oladapo patiently listened to my chief complaint, assessed my bunions explained very thoroughly the procedure, also provided a visual (skeletal), understood my concerns and answered my questions, at no time did I feel rushed during my visit asked my preference (both or one at a time) , I am now scheduled for surgery and I'm sure everything will work out perfectly. I feel very confident in his ability to perform both surgeries without question.
The kindest, thorough, professional orthopedic Dr. I have ever encountered. I broke my toe, which was a very traumatic, painful unexpected experience, the nurses were able to squeeze me into his schedule with no problem. His approach at describing my healing process and options were easy to follow. He is a very approachable, kind doctor! Wonderful experience!!! He is very personable, and funny!!!
