As a contractor I cannot recommend staying away from this company enough. I have had the misfortune of working on a mini split from this company and have had nothing but problems. Apparently they also told my customer that re-Flaring the copper lineset voids the warranty. This is an issue for me and the warranty I offer, but also we in the industry know that factory flares should always be removed, as they commonly leak. Junk! Control board went out in 1st year! Replaced! Went out in second year, I was told and have the text from company that they would replace and ghosted for 2 months now! Run don’t walk away from this company ! Sooo after the company saw my review they decided to try and extort me in to changing my review, yes I have turned that conversation over to authorities and guess I’ll have to buy a different unit! Do not do business with this company!!

I think okyotech is the best air conditioner in the market. I have been using for almost 7 years in my restaurant and my office for cooling and heating purposes. Outstanding product and customer service!

Very poor quality. Product was defect. It was costly to get fix. Sale guy is very rude and not taking responsible for his sale. Do Not buy from them.
