Dr Oko as well as the nurse and the receptionist were very thorough, nice, patient and helpful. We moved to the US exactly one week ago from Europe and are still trying to figure out our health insurance and how the healthcare system works and the receptionist was very nice and helpful explaining everything very calmly and patiently. The Nurse and Dr Oko were very nice even though our 18 month old was quite cranky. Receptionist and woman who handles the paperwork, not sure if she is a nurse, receptionist, she had a horrendous attitude with me after I told her I had already spoken to someone at the office, was retrieving my sons paperwork, and had already uploaded my sons insurance info and had my ID she began to become hostile, talking over me, saying when you make an appointment you need all of your documents and ids, meanwhile I had already stated I had. Been going to Dr Oko for almost 3 years. Very professional and always available to answer any questions we have. 1000% recommend to anyone looking for a pediatrician. He is to the point, professional and a bit quirky. He is a funny guy once to get to know him.
