Dr Oko is great - I’ve been with the practice for almost 4 years now since our first born. Dr Oko has been kind, considerate and extremely attentive to both our kids - catching the things they need on time. He’s thoughtful, does not over medicate and that is our preferred approach. So are the nurses - extremely kind to our children. I am giving 3 stars because the receptionist has been a challenge to work with, all these 4 years. Maybe she is overwhelmed- I am not sure. I am going to leave a 5star review for this office because they do excel at the one thing that matters to me: same day appointment. I am grateful that I can always get my kids medical attention within a couple of hours of my request. The doctor is always thorough and attentive. I find that the front desk manners and wait times have improved greatly over the past few years. But as I said, the availability is my number one concern and I appreciate this office for being able to be seen when my kids need it. That's not the case ... read more
