Receptionist and woman who handles the paperwork, not sure if she is a nurse, receptionist, she had a horrendous attitude with me after I told her I had already spoken to someone at the office, was retrieving my sons paperwork, and had already uploaded my sons insurance info and had my ID she began to become hostile, talking over me, saying when you make an appointment you need all of your documents and ids, meanwhile I had already stated I had. Been going to Dr Oko for almost 3 years. Very professional and always available to answer any questions we have. 1000% recommend to anyone looking for a pediatrician. He is to the point, professional and a bit quirky. He is a funny guy once to get to know him.
While Dr. Oko is the best pediatrician in town, I have consistently encountered issues with the receptionist that make each interaction uncomfortable. It seems she resents any questions or requests I make, often responding in a rude manner. Every time she acts like she is doing something important and I am the bad one interrupting. She is not happy to provide basic minimal help. Additionally, when I requested the universal health form, she refused to assist me via email, insisting that I come to the office to pick it up. Dr Oko is our pediatrician since 2021. Found him through google during Covid since he was the closest to our residence but never regretted it. I take both my daughters to Dr.Oko. The nurses are sweet too.
