Is this facility still open? I have a referral and I keep calling and get no answer. I have tried to email the marketing director on the website and get no answer.

I can never get a hold of anyone, they don't return calls until it's too late. I've called 11 times to reach the pharmacy department and cannot get a hold of anyone

My mother was a patient there in the late 80s. She had had major brain surgery. She went into rehab in bed from St Francis an invalid. They helped her learn to walk and talk again.

Staff are wonderful. From housekeeping, cafeteria , and all the therapist .

The Sapulpa Indian Health Center use to be for Native Americans when i was young that's all i would see, But now its fill with White people and the Native People get Push out because of no money. Thanks Obamacare

I have severe asthma and I recently just moved back to Oklahoma so my asthma is acting up really bad to where I'll wake up not breathing. I just found out they have a new scheduling for same day appointments instead of walk ins. I have been trying for four days now to make an appointment and I still yet don't have an appointment. This is ridiculous.
