yall need to answer the phone, and learn how to keep patients updated. it doesnt make any sense to call for my lab results and not be able to get an answer for another 2 weeks because the only womans doctor is gone for 2 weeks
No trust between patient and provider. Doctors don’t call you back after running important tests. They don’t call you when your prescription is in, but they charge your insurance. The dental receptionist has always been so rude. Today I called to see if my dental issue needed emergency treatment and you would’ve thought I personally insulted her. Tried to get Diabetic shoes for over a year. Everyone I talk to blames someone else for the problem. No one seems to know what is going on.
This place is sad, it was a bad experience for me... but to see an elderly woman get skipped over her appt bc she was sick in the bathroom (mind you the staff knew she was sick in the bathroom) they skipped her... People are here bc the are SICK, SHE WAS SICK!!! We need someone who cares about people. Seems like people are just a number treated like government cattle. It's embarrassing for the Native people.
