I came inside with my grandpa and the receptionist tried to blame him for coming at the wrong time when I was in the car with him when he scheduled the appt.
Office staff is courteous for the most part. Dr Baird needs to grow up. He has technical skills but lacking anything beyond that. Such as integrity. Does not treat patients as he would his own family that is obvious! Horrible bedside manner.
DONT EXPECT THE DRS TO GET YOU IN VERY FAST. MY MOM RECENTLY WAS TOLD THAT SHE HAS A TUMOR ON THE BRAIN. SHE HAD A APPOINTMENT ON A MONDAY IT WAS CANCELED THEN MOVED TO THURSDAY. NEEDLESS TO SAY IT GOT CANCELED AND MOVED TO A WEEK AWAY. WHEN YOU ASK FOR THE DR TO JUST CALL YOU WITH RESULTS YOU GET TOLD BY THE NURSE THAT HE WAS GETTING YOUR NUMBER AND WAS GOING TO CALL YOU.
