On 12/9/16 was my first time to visit this place. I seen Dr Mangels. I've been in pain for 3 yrs now, 24/7, in my lower back. It's a daily struggle. Some days are better than others. He's now gonna have some bone scans done of my back and get me another lumbar injection scheduled. For my first time to visit him, I was amazed. I'm just hoping and praying he can get this figured out and help me get pain free. I know several people from my home town that he's fixed, so I'm having Faith that I'm gonna be one of them. Every time I've been there Dr. Baird has really helped me out. My first visit with him he explained everything to me & answered all my questions. First surgery went great & now I'm supposed to have my left wrist done for carpal tunnel.

I came inside with my grandpa and the receptionist tried to blame him for coming at the wrong time when I was in the car with him when he scheduled the appt.

Office staff is courteous for the most part. Dr Baird needs to grow up. He has technical skills but lacking anything beyond that. Such as integrity. Does not treat patients as he would his own family that is obvious! Horrible bedside manner.
