Don't work or deal with someone who doesnt even know how to run a business. If i could put 0 stars i would. Matt is a pathetic excuse of a 'boss'. Late checks to his employees and then they bounce because he doesn't know how to keep money in the bank. Oh lets not forget to mention he drinks alcohol and drives and doesnt show up to work half the time. He pays his manager at associate rate and the manager does more then the boss does.
