The most confusing and confounding people to deal with. Phone call answered or returned? None. Proper directions on which building to go to? None. Instructions on what sort of things to expect or bring with me? None. I got there with my comfort items and was told I would bring bedbugs into the facility, and that I shouldn't have brought it. Cardiac surgical post-op care (staff/nurses) while in OHI was outstanding! A cardiologist (I had 3-4 different cardiologists in 24 hours) put me on atorvastatin even though it was in my charts/records that I was allergic to statins. I had adverse reactions & that is when I discovered that you are on your own after release. Care or follow-up after release is non-existent. Staff are very nice, helpful & on point. When you leave. They fallow up with you, the next day. To see how you are doing.

Sad excuse for a cardiologist. I have called trying to get an appointment after being referred by my primary care because of chronic tachycardia and fainting and they haven’t picked up the phone a single time after a month of sitting on hold for 30+ minutes.
