Quality of work very poor. Repeatedly told Owner was a lawyer. Was bullied to sign paperwork that house was finished and we were happy with it. Didn't sign, they put a lien on the house. House still isn't finished. Every picture is when tasks were done. Every room has damage that after repeated requests, it still was not corrected. This is just a small sample of the mistakes made.

ODR was recommended to me by a neighbor. I was not disappointed. I had a leak that grew mold and they weren't sure how deep it went. They demo'd the wall as needed and were able to determine that the damage was confined to a smaller area. Thomas, William and Dakota were who worked with me and I HIGHLY recommend them. They explained everything being done, the work was very neat and clean and they showed up as expected. Prices seemed fair and reasonable.

Fantastic, Reliable, Professional, Caring and sooooo much more! They are number ONE in my world ! If you ask them to go high, they will go higher and brighter. They meet your needs with any disaster that can occur. This gal is thankful for them.

Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and always easy to contact. I especially liked the fact that I didn’t have to be the middle man due to ODR working directly with the in adjuster and my insurance company. I had a pipe burst in a wall which damaged/ruined my entire first floor.
