ODR came in to my home and provided the best service I could have possibly ever imagined. They dealt directly with the party responsible for the damage and I did not have to pay a single cent. They replaced my flooring, drywall and trim. They painted what needed painting and the very best part was that they professionally moved all of my furniture and everything in every room, boxed and labeled and stored in their storage unit. They arrived when they stated and did the job as stated as well. I was informed of every step along the way, this being my first time doing something they do every single day. Their guys were very respectful of me and my property. I would say this was a white-glove remediation job!! Edited to add .....until you find mold they missed because they checked with their meters at the base of cabinets that backed up to wall where water caused damage to the flooring on the other side and said there was no moisture there. ODR has been great. Since we found a leak in the wall behind our fridge, these guys have been on task since Monday. Each employee we interacted with was top notch. Great job from the initial inspection thru mitigation. We hope to continue thru the rebuild etc. The rebuild is finished and it’s amazing. What a great team to do the job. thanks guys
I needed a broken window boarded up until I could get the glass replaced. ODR came and cleaned up the glass and got it boarded up with no damage to the window frame. Very good job!
