We had a burst hose in the kitchen which resulted in flooding that spread from kitchen to adjoining rooms and hallway. I hired ODR to repair water damage from a faulty installed roof. After dealing with a very stressful roof install, I was hoping they would be able to do the $40,000 of water damage repairs with no stress especially after they knew what I had already been through. The whole house needed to be repainted except for 2 rooms. I asked what kind of paint they used, and I was told Sherwin Williams. Please note that my background is owning a highly skilled, labor intensive, subcontracting firm. DO NOT LET THESE GUYS ENTER YOUR PROPERTY WITHOUT A FIRM QUOTE, OUR EXPERIENCE WITH AFTER THE FACT BILLING WAS DREADFUL. And I should have known better than to trust them as I did. Even when I pointed out they were on camera, we still had to fight with them over total hours billed, cost and number of fans left behind, and a variety of other 'mystery charges'.
