ODR was a pleasure to work with. Very professional and courteous. They've helped our family friends as well with more catastrophic damage than we had.
No one ever expects a disaster to strike at home but if it does....Ok Disaster & Restoration should be the people you call. From the very first person I talked to at the office to the on-site workers, OK Disaster has made our experience the best it could possibly be under a negative situation. Their customer service is impeccable and every team member I have dealt with has been very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend them to anyone that needs mitigation and repairs!
We had our water tank fail and cause pretty significant damage. We used ODR and were extremely satisfied with their service. Very professional and really helpful people. They helped address every issue we had and got things fixed up and back to normal if not better than before.
Oklahoma disaster relief is not a company that works for you, only your insurance. Do not hire them as your advocate. Their website says they will respond to all calls within 24 hours however we’ve been waiting to talk to our project manager, Matt, for over a week. He will not return our calls which is racking up storage fees with the company eating away all the insurance money that we need to replace our belongings after the march fires.
