After having water damage ODR came in immediately and took care of us each step of the entire process. In addition the work done was completed quickly and most importantly with care and excellence. LE guided us through the appraisal process and helped us understand each step. Denise checked in almost daily and made sure we were happy with every aspect of the repair - even bending over backwards to make sure things went well. ODR was prompt in arriving, determining resolution, and scheduling remediation and restoration. All estimates matched work performed.
The guys kept me informed of each step of recovery and restoration of my home. They were friendly and understanding. I was impressed with the option of complete service from start to finish.
A week before Christmas a water pipe in wall of entry started leaking. ODR was here the next day evaluating the damage, moving furniture, pulling out wet carpet pad and putting fans in place. They came back a couple of times to see if things were drying out. On Christmas Eve day they were here to replace the pad and relay carpet. I was thrilled to get all the help right before out of town Christmas company was arriving! I am not exaggerating when I say ODR saved Christmas for my family! They are the best!
