The guys kept me informed of each step of recovery and restoration of my home. They were friendly and understanding. I was impressed with the option of complete service from start to finish.
A week before Christmas a water pipe in wall of entry started leaking. ODR was here the next day evaluating the damage, moving furniture, pulling out wet carpet pad and putting fans in place. They came back a couple of times to see if things were drying out. On Christmas Eve day they were here to replace the pad and relay carpet. I was thrilled to get all the help right before out of town Christmas company was arriving! I am not exaggerating when I say ODR saved Christmas for my family! They are the best!
After a hot water pipe burst in my home, this restoration team did a fabulous job from start to finish. They quickly set up fans, carefully monitored the dry-out of a very large area, and took great care with my rugs and belongings. The staff was extremely conscientious, professional, and respectful every time they were here. I was completely satisfied with their work and highly recommend them.
Great communication and quickly addressed our issues for a fair price
