She facilitated everything for us so I didn't have to worry about contacting multiple people, responded instantly and stayed involved every step of the way! I highly recommend ODR.
They are efficient and detail-oriented, with a project manager who keeps you informed every step of the way.
ODR came in to my home and provided the best service I could have possibly ever imagined. They dealt directly with the party responsible for the damage and I did not have to pay a single cent. They replaced my flooring, drywall and trim. They arrived when they stated and did the job as stated as well. I was informed of every step along the way, this being my first time doing something they do every single day. Their guys were very respectful of me and my property. I would say this was a white-glove remediation job!! Edited to add .....until you find mold they missed because they checked with their meters at the base of cabinets that backed up to wall where water caused damage to the flooring on the other side and said there was no moisture there.
