ODR was recommended to me by a neighbor. I was not disappointed. I had a leak that grew mold and they weren't sure how deep it went. They demo'd the wall as needed and were able to determine that the damage was confined to a smaller area. Thomas, William and Dakota were who worked with me and I HIGHLY recommend them. They explained everything being done, the work was very neat and clean and they showed up as expected. Prices seemed fair and reasonable.

Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and always easy to contact. I especially liked the fact that I didn’t have to be the middle man due to ODR working directly with the in adjuster and my insurance company. I had a pipe burst in a wall which damaged/ruined my entire first floor.
We had a burst hose in the kitchen which resulted in flooding that spread from kitchen to adjoining rooms and hallway. ODR was notified that night (Sunday) and had mitigation services going the next morning . After the area was dried thoroughly, the restoration was started. There was a comprehensive and accurate explanation of what would next occur and how ODR would interact with us and the insurance company.
