We had our water tank fail and cause pretty significant damage. We used ODR and were extremely satisfied with their service. Very professional and really helpful people. They helped address every issue we had and got things fixed up and back to normal if not better than before.
Oklahoma disaster relief is not a company that works for you, only your insurance. Do not hire them as your advocate. Their website says they will respond to all calls within 24 hours however we’ve been waiting to talk to our project manager, Matt, for over a week. He will not return our calls which is racking up storage fees with the company eating away all the insurance money that we need to replace our belongings after the march fires. In a very stressful time, they provided quick, professional and friendly services.ODR cares about its clients and makes this process so much easier. Jenni was amazing! She facilitated everything for us so I didn't have to worry about contacting multiple people, responded instantly and stayed involved every step of the way! I highly recommend ODR.
