Their website says they will respond to all calls within 24 hours however we’ve been waiting to talk to our project manager, Matt, for over a week. He will not return our calls which is racking up storage fees with the company eating away all the insurance money that we need to replace our belongings after the march fires. They are efficient and detail-oriented, with a project manager who keeps you informed every step of the way.
ODR came in to my home and provided the best service I could have possibly ever imagined. They dealt directly with the party responsible for the damage and I did not have to pay a single cent. They replaced my flooring, drywall and trim.
