Dr. Trotter is absolutely the best! She's very kind. She introduced herself. I was running a few minutes late and they still seen me. She checked everything I was concerned about. She took biopsies without me having to ask and she went out of her way and removed two moles. She does all she can to get insurance to cover expenses! I would recommend her to anyone! Katy is excellent. She is knowledgeable, careful, and has a calm, professional manner that immediately puts you at ease. I appreciate that she listens, explains things clearly, and takes a thoughtful approach rather than making you feel rushed. Her office has also been easy to work with and pleasant. I have recommended her to friends, and they also had positive experiences and remain her patients.
I went here for my first appointment due to various symptoms, such as hyperpigmentation, skin itching/rashes and acne. I explained to her that I had some severe itching and sudden rashes that may be linked to something that’s autoimmune and let her know I was seeing another specialist the next week. I feel like since she knew I was going to see another specialist, she really didn’t care to address what I thought I had going on. One of the dermatologists there, forgot her name, made me feel slightly rushed during my appointments and misdiagnosed me. Gave me unnecessary anxiety after diagnosing me with an incurable condition and had to go through a biopsy just to find out it was just allergy. At least she prescribed me spironolactone for my acne.
