The office is beautiful and professional. The staff is friendly and welcomes lots of questions. My experience was a painless as possible. They went out of their way to make me comfortable. I would recommend them to friends and family without hesitation!
I stayed with Dr. Henderson when he took over after Dr. Krizer's retirement. He and his staff have continued the very trusted care and treatment I had come to expect. I would recommend them to anyone seeking friendly and courteous service. I travel 90 miles for their care and it is more than well worth the trip. Whatever your needs, expect to receive the best from them!
The personel here are friendly, efficient and 90% ON TIME! That's absolutely amazing for a dentist/doctor office!
I have a hard time going to the Dentist because of past experiences. OCIP's Dr. Poore and his assistant made me feel so comfortable that it was like visiting with friends instead of a Dentist office. I'm almost looking forward to having this implant done and having my smile back.
As always, the staff is AMAZING!!! I am always put at ease when work needs to be done and everyone is aware of the fear I have. Drs, nurse and front staff know me by name when I come in and that is always a GREAT feeling, when you feel that as a patient, you are known. Your not just "another" patient.
Thank you to Dr. Henderson and his staff for their friendly service and care when I came in for a consult. I felt my exam and explanation of the procedure that needed to be done very thorough. Patti, in the business department, was absolutely the most pleasant person to deal with and I appreciated her attention to detail. Thank you for an overall pleasant experience.
