Be careful with these folks. They were great for me but I wouldn't use them to inspect a house i owned. They will recommend piers on any house that has a slab as preventative but their wording only vaguely alludes to this. If you use them to buy a house it can be a great negotiation tool but be very careful. Their report will recommend piers all around but they will say that if piers already exist in that location, no new piers are needed. Clearly preventative but not directly stated.
