I’m really disappointed with how this clinic handles cancellations, particularly given the type of services they offer. We’ve invested in both psychology and occupational therapy here and never missed a single appointment. On the morning of our booking, my four-year-old woke up with a bad cough and was clearly unwell. Pretty pathetic service. "we don't work after 4:00 & we don't work on weekends. So if you have to take a day off work just go ahead & add another $300 to the fee, oh & ABSOLUTLY NO changing of the appointment time even if you die you have to come & don't be late" We DO care.....(about making $$, the children are just our way of doing that)

I had been sending my son there for more than a few years. He has had 2 psychologists who have both left Okey Dokey's over the space of a year(ish) each. My son has now regressed and has got abandonment issues from the high turnover of staff (on top of everything else he was being seen for). The staff have even said to me that this is not the first complaint they have had about the high turnover of staff (surprise!).
