My son has been coming here since 2019 and has made significant progress in his development and it definitely has to do with the amazing therapists at Okey Dokey. The only negative I will give is that everytime we find a great suitable therapist that my son gets along with and builds a bond, they end up leaving the centre. It had happened so many times. Amazing occupational therapists. They have been helping our child learn valuable skills and knowledge about how their own mind works.
Disgusted with their cancellation fee! Because i missed cut off by one hour, they still demanded their cancellation fee. So $225 down the drain They did offer a video appointment. Again. Im not paying $225 for my kid to talk to a screen. The Ot was absolutely wonderful. Its a shame the customer service lost her business by being do rigid..!
