The therapist was ok. But the way they deal with billing is much more like debt-collectors than a medical facility. They charge people 24 hours in advance of the session and charge a $165 for cancellation. This is supposed to be a place where people are allowed to make mistakes, but close to %100 penalty for missing an appointment is ridicules. I'm not going back.
Beautiful space and quality therapy experience.
The therapists are not experienced at all, after speaking with one of the therapist my husband became more verbally and emotionally abusive. I am not sure what she told him probably said that he needed to have his feeling validated and take care of him self first but without hearing all sides of the story I don’t think she knows that this means that he is swearing all kinds of profanity at me infront of my daughter and calling me stupid all the time.
