I was overall very pleased with my experience! When I called the office to make the appointment Edwin was helpful in informing me what I needed to do to have my insurance changed to be covered by P.F.C.I.D. and I was able to do so without a hitch. Edwin was also very patient with me and helpful when I accidentally left my insurance card at home on my appointment date. I have always had teeth that move and chip easily. I have been getting dental work done all of my life. I switched to Pasadena Family about a year ago and since have had many visits. Every single time I feel comfortable ( depending whats going on I sometimes show up in PJ's) I feel like I am being taken care of properly with a above and beyond attitude, I feel like I am being heard, and I feel like I am getting the most quality of care in the Los Angeles Area.
