My initial visit was fine. Very friendly staff. Edwin told me that he has to receive approval from my insurance for a cleaning and fillings that have to be done on another day. So, get back to me when it's all said and done. Thanks.

I am glad we found this practice for my 2 year old daughter. My husband and I are considering to switch to Pasadena Family Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry as well.

As always Edwin and his wonderful crew are diligent and caring, putting their patients far and above what they are expected to. Mine is a difficult case to say the least but they are so positive and resourceful and I have no doubt that they will persevere until the 'mission is accomplished'. Happy First Timer I was overall very pleased with my experience! When I called the office to make the appointment Edwin was helpful in informing me what I needed to do to have my insurance changed to be covered by P.F.C.I.D. and I was able to do so without a hitch. Edwin was also very patient with me and helpful when I accidentally left my insurance card at home on my appointment date.
