This guy is a pill doctor. I went here and asked for Percocet and he without question gave me 45 10mg percocet prescription. Needs to be arrested. I will be reporting him soon. Please report him. I am begging you guys. He didn’t ask for any of my insurance info, ID, address, or anything. Not even my age. I was a minor at the time. I’m 19 now. He charged out of pocket for the visit. Office does not respond to messages submitted through the website. If you call to try to speak with someone that goes to voicemail to a mailbox that is full. The doctor's office is not listed on the registry at the building. I don't think this business exists anymore.
