Mistreated Tenant If you are a slum landlord this is the company to hire. They delay in doing repairs that do not damage the apartment and are ruthless with those who rent from them. If you want to be treated like a human being, make sure you do not rent a condo from Oishi's Property Management.
Holiday Village #205 Warning Holiday Village #205 does not have working Air Conditioning. The unit is located right above the common area where people talk and smoke. With no AC and the windows open the you have to deal with noise and smoke, day and night. The owner is unresponsive to the tenants needs and will try to save money on routine repairs and fleece you of your deposit on move out. The property manager has always been fair to me and tried to help mediate problems between me and the owner.
They are a bunch of crooks! They lost payments made by money order and forced me to pay again. One payment was made by check, and they HAD to accept their error, but were snippy and condescending about it. Worst of all, after a tenancy of over 15 years, everything should have been replaced. Our family spent over 200 hours cleaning, repainting, scrubbing. We set off a bug bomb, and the inspector came early and saw a dead cockroach. I do not recommend anyone to do business with this company.BAD BAD BAD.. You will be living a nightmare with them. I am in process of suing.. They make up lies and damages that I have proof . It was there before I moved in.. They utilize repair companies that get kick backs to them. for outrages price receipts Please email me today .. Time is precious.. The worst company i've ever dealt with. all the above negative comments are true. the telephone system is a joke. too many options to choose from before you get to the person to speak with about your question/concern. RIP OFF! PATHETIC!
I recently received excellent service from Oishi. Not only was my current issue addressed, but they exceeded my expectations by addressing a previous concern as well. I am sincerely impressed with the level of customer service I received and appreciate the followup and considerations that were provided. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! – there really are no other words for this company!!! when i moved in the cabinets were extremely worn down so (with company permission) i sanded and painted all cabinet doors, there were at least 16. they even commented how much nicer it looked and they were impressed, then i get $130 of my deposit back, are you kidding me!!!!! i left the place much cleaner and nicer than when i moved in! the cleaning company they require you to go with cost $200 for a 1 bedroom apt!!! i have lived in many places... read more
1 star is too good for this company, this company is the worst! I just want to warn people, i read many of the comments left by others before renting from this company, but thinking to myself that "well that was them and I'm a great tenant, i never complain and i always leave the place in better condition then when i move in.
