A literal garbage of a dentist office. Staff are simply unpleasant. Cancelled my appt because I didn’t confirm via phone call when I recorded no phone call and even though I got a confirmation text just hours before. The place is dark and dingy. Said I had dental anxiety and they said “well don’t get it done then.” Went to Capital Dental Group the same day and could’ve cried with how much better it was.

Amazing how much care you get staff is great
Horrible costumer service...the staff needs more training, they lack costumer care. 15+ minutes on hold to make an appointment and 1 1/2 hours to be seen
