Supposed to be on auto delivery---we get home tonight at 830pm to find our house at 63 degrees. Tank empty---called Oil Patch---sorry our drivers are in for the night. Coldest night of the year--UNACCEPTABLE. Their management will be getting a call tomorrow and I'll be advising my neighbor who gets oil from them about this plus anyone else I can tell. Terrible way to run a business.
