since they are under new management you no longer leave your car and that means no windows cleaned or floor vacuum main reason I went to oil and go
This used to be the best oil change place around. I'm not impressed with the new ownership. Drove out there today, Columbus Day, only to find they are closed. Bank and government, sure , but even the schools are still in today. Why would an oil change place be closed? The staff is wonderful, but the higher prices and other unfavorable changes are not. Will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

I told them only the standard oil which can be used for my car for around $42...yet they charged me for synthetic....rip off prices and will never go to Oil N Go every again. I basically need an oil change evey month and paying nearly $80 every month for an oil change is ridiculous.
Their employee drew a penis on my oil filter and write “open wider” They also stripped my oil plug. When I called I was told” He doesn’t work here anymore . We’re not responsible.”
PLEASE GUYS DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! I never ever complain and really am understanding if something goes wrong but this is so inexcusable. I get an oil change on Tuesday... drive my car all the way out to IL and on the highway my car said oil pressure low stop engine. I have to take my car to an oil place near me and they inform me they put the wrong oil filter on my car. I call and let them know. They tell me the oil filter they put on is a newer one? The last time I had my oil changed there, I came home with an oil leak, which they fixed the next day, acknowledging their error. They gave me a free oil change credit. Last night I used that credit, only to return and discover they “misplaced” my keys. Turns out their regional manager placed my keys on their counter, allowing another customer who was checking out to pick them up and l leave with them! This place is the meaning of excellence. Couldnt ask for better service or nicer employees. I would recomend this place to my grandma and shes dead
Check engine light comes on immediately after an oil change. They tell me it's a sensor that is a dealership only part that will cost $250 and another $300 in labor to install. I call the same dealership in town they did and the part is $41 and they can put it in the same day for less than $100. At a dealership!
