A day after having my oil changed, my a/c started leaking a large amount of water into my car. I went to a mechanic, who noted that a rag was left blocking my a/c drain. I spoke with oil changers about the issue and showed them the rag and notes from the mechanic. I physically compared the rags, which were identical, but oil changers refused to admit fault and pay the mechanic fees. I drove past this location today and pulled in for an oil change because the sticker in my car (from a different oil service station) indicated that I was due for one! Kristina welcomed me and gave me super clear instructions. I went here for the first time today. The guys were very friendly and helpful. They actually SHOWED me what needed to be done - the nasty air filter, the black oil in the engine - and they didn't push their recommendations too hard. They told me what they recommended AND why they recommended it. I did not feel any up-selling, though if I did, you can't really blame a business for doing that. I felt they were upfront and honest with me. I would go back.

Went there today as it's been 3,000 miles since my last oil change and after they checked my oil they recommended that I wait at least another 1,000 miles since the oil looked good. They topped off all my fluids, filled up my tires and sent me on my way, free of charge. I did not expect that! Definitely recommend.

Will not be back, they try to be lock and push you to buy all there package plans .with jacked up price

I don't honestly think I will be going back they do to much of the Up selling technique, especially on women. My husband called the place and informed them how that was going down and how the guy kept pushing the Trans fluid change, in the course of 15 min. I called him 3 time's just to double check, he said the radiator was rusted!! Ok dumb ass, Ford fusion 06' doesn't have metal radiator, most cars don't anymore. Sneecky and dishonest.
