This was my first time coming here and I was highly satisfied! Peter was very friendly, thorough, and provided great customer service. He took his time and explained to me in detail the findings of his inspection of my vehicle. The price for a full synthetic oil change was not outrageously priced either! Peter, you definitely have earned yourself a new customer and I will refer you to anyone that needs an oil change!
If you need a quick oil change or repair this is the place to go! I’m not very knowledgeable when it comes to cars but Peter was so helpful and was able to answer all the questions that I had. He gave me an awesome deal on my brakes and he also went above and beyond to make sure everything else in my car was running smoothly. I will definitely be back once I’m due for my oil change.
Wonderful experience. Service was exceptional and definable “express”. Pete was very detailed with what my car required . Very personable. It’s so nice to see an owner take so much pride in his business. Customer service was amazing!!! Pricing was fair. Definitely will go back.
Mount Clemens location on Groesbeck. Brought my Focus in for an oil change and also had a slight oil leak issue. Dave recommended that I change the oil pan and gave me an honest price that I confirmed by comparing with a few other local mechanics. Problem solved - Quick, easy, and competitive price. Disappointing. My oil is leaking after getting it changed, leaking beyond anything I've ever seen. I paid a bit and expected much more since I've been here before. The credit card I used was somehow charged over and over in other states after charged here and had to be cancelled. I kept the charge for this place. I didn't lose my card, must have been their machine. Will not go back.
