Got off my car today and was immediately greeted and asked what service I wanted today, Silvestre was first to attend me and was very professional, well mannered , and made me feel extremely welcome. While I was waiting for my oil change an iccident had occurred with another customer with paper work for an inspection and I couldn't help to easedrop because of how well Silverstre handled the situation.
