Customer service was friendly but who ever did my oil change didn’t put on my plastic cover on right. I was on my way to a 17 hour trip when all of a sudden I hear weird noises coming from underneath my car. Not only did it break my cover but it broke off the brackets which holds it in place. Again super friendly customer service but careless work on their end. UPDATE: Management did reach out to me to correct situation. Super friendly and I appreciate GM contacting me.
