Excellent service/care, Front Desk Ms. Burgundy is an Amazing worker very friendly.. Dr Mirsida Zholi is an Amazing doctor, goes above, and beyond for her patients, very attentive, listens to you, an makes you feel like you matter, and will check you throughly, run test as needed, and even gives referral to other specialty doctors if you need it an it's out of her field.. The clinic is very clean, all staff, nurses, and doctors very professional, friendly Awesome set of people!! Would highly recommend

visited this office in 2023 for ongoing back pain that I’ve been dealing with for years. I don’t remember the doctor’s name, but she was tall, foreign, skinny, with black hair. From the start, I felt judged and dismissed. I specifically asked for an MRI, knowing my body and how long this pain has affected me. Instead, she insisted it was just muscle pain and sent me to physical therapy — which I did, even though I knew it wouldn’t help. It didn’t. I returned and told her therapy wasn’t working. Honor's Orchard Lake Center is amazing. Dr. Shareefuddin (aka Dr. Shareef) is incredibly kind and helpful EVERY time I speak with him. He's one of the most polite people I've ever encountered. He has an uplifting aura to him. I highly recommend all Honor Community Health locations, not just Orchard Lake Center!
This is probably the best place I have ever been to. The lady at the front desk is so nice and my doctor Merdida Zholi is the most compassionate kind caring doctor I've ever had.
