First time patient. I had a 1:15 appointment and was told to arrive at 1:00. I arrived at 12:50 PM. Another patient with a 1:00 PM appointment was also waiting. The office was locked until after 1:15 PM, and when staff did return from lunch, we were asked to fill out paperwork—even though I had already completed mine online the day before. My appointment was schedulled at least 45 minutes too early. You think I would not be billed & dismissed for making you wait that long? When a patient has documented identity theft and brings it to your attention, address it without bullshit.

Excellent service/care, Front Desk Ms. Burgundy is an Amazing worker very friendly.. Dr Mirsida Zholi is an Amazing doctor, goes above, and beyond for her patients, very attentive, listens to you, an makes you feel like you matter, and will check you throughly, run test as needed, and even gives referral to other specialty doctors if you need it an it's out of her field.. The clinic is very clean, all staff, nurses, and doctors very professional, friendly Awesome set of people!! Would highly recommend
Dr Sherifuddin great but there is a big problem communicating with them because the phone system is not good. Can’t get call back when I leave a message
