I have hd a very terrible experience here. I have very high anxiety and depression and expressed that i needed help. Upon taking the steps they gave me i was supposed to get medicine to help me and did not. I tried to call my primary and they gave me the ‘we will call you back when its your turn’ prompt and they never did. Five days later and i get transferred three times to not my primary then put on hold for 15 minutes. Then when i finally speak to a receptionist she is very snoody with me no empathy. I get seen by Dr. Chase right now, and I have no complaints as of October 2025, he was able to provide me a medication that has given me relief from my IBS in ways that other medication hasn’t been able to
I enjoy going to Honor Health Clinic. Dr Bazzi is an amazing Dr. I'm sad to see him leave next week but I completely understand he is in the next phase of his life! He will do amazing at Henry Ford Sports Medicine facility. He is very detail oriented and tries to fix all your issues!!
I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life. Dr. Bazzi almost ruined my life because he lacks knowledge and basic communication skills.
OMG I love Dr. Austin sooo much I live in Taylor and I take the hour drive just to stay with her I've been a patient of hers since 2016 and followed her to Pontiac her bedside manner is impeccable and she has soo much empathy for what ever your going through and she's knowledgeable as well, I don't think Ive met a kinder soul
