I have been a patient of Ruth Antonio for about 2 months. It has been hell!!!! I’m canceling their services today. All these people care about is how they can find ways to run unnecessary tests so that they can run up a bill! Who is giving licenses to people like this??? If I could give zero stars I would.
I am not a patient of this office and honestly, thankfully I am not. I was there about 3 months ago (middle or end of January) waiting for a person I drove to be done in the back. While waiting for my friend, I was a witness to what I would call “abuse of power” between a supervisor and a receptionist. (I do not know the girls name, but since being back to take my friend, I have not seen her there since). Been with them all long time but hard to contact and don't get to call straight to the office you need. Have to go through call center. Missed my appointment check in, my fault!!!!! Phone rings when I leave it for 2 seconds and I went to answer and it was too late. On the message they left, said "you can reach me at this number"... but it was the call center and I had to wait my turn in line. Thankfully my wait wasn't as long today, but then get transfered to the Dr's office and they don't answer. Possible 24 hrs to hear bac... read more
