It’s pretty bad when you call to make an appointment and it tells you that you’re 6th in line for your call to be answered and then an hour later you’re still sitting at 6th in line. I literally have been calling all day and every single time I call I’m on hold waiting for the call to be answered. That is completely unacceptable. And this is not just a one day thing this happens every single time. Very slow service. I feel I should never be in a doctors office for 3 hours just for a routine check up. I had to tell them I was leaving and never coming back before I received any ounce of care or compassion. And the receptionist does not like to talk to people, she ignored questions I had multiple times. Just close this place down.!
I have been a patient of Ruth Antonio for about 2 months. It has been hell!!!! I’m canceling their services today. All these people care about is how they can find ways to run unnecessary tests so that they can run up a bill! Who is giving licenses to people like this??? If I could give zero stars I would.
