I have always gad the best of service at Casey Eye clinics! I have attended 4vof them, Vancouver Wa, Hood River. The Dalles and the main office in Portland.
I have Medicare insurance get eye exams annually. The prescription they gave me was completely unusable and I had to pay $40 cash out of pocket to get the actual prescription. That's on top of what they billed my insurance. Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache.
Staff has helped me through a difficult time and has bent over backwards to help. Wonderful people. I will always trust them with my eyes.
Excellent cataract surgery experience. I just had my last appointment after dual cataract surgeries with Casey Eye Institue in Hood River. The doctor, techs, and office staff were all professional and kind. The scheduler went out of her way to schedule me quickly for surgery when I expressed dismay at having to wait 4 months! I was able to get spots at both Providence and Skyline to get first available. Pre-surgery and post-surgery checks were thorough and informative.
