The experience I had with this salon was completely unacceptable and the most unprofessional treatment I've ever received. I had been referred by a friend for lash extensions. I should have turned around and walked out the door the second I got there. On 1/11/2017 I went into the salon for a full set of eyelash extensions. Made an appointment so I wouldn't have to wait. When I got there nobody greeted me waited 15 minutes before someone said something. I sit down and inform the technician that I needed my current set removed before getting my nails done. Then I was told that she didn't have time for that. They didn't offer another appointment or anything. Won't ever be going to get my nails done there and I don't recommend it to anyone.
I went in for a lash lift with esthetician amber. Due to damage from last extensions my lashes were extremely short and less manageable. My natural lashes are very curly and disorganized. Even to get lash extensions on I would give the lash tech a challenge due to the wAy they grow. After the lash lift I can say my lashes are curled and in neat formation! I came here to get my lashes done by Amber and they were and still are amazing. The girl i used before made them look horrible and in like 20 minutes, Amber had them fixed and volumized just the way I wanted them. I definitely recommend this salon, they have excellent employees, a welcoming aura, and above and beyond service!�
