I went into Oh’so Salon for eyelash extensions. I wanted this service done because my wedding was the following day. While I was there, an inspector had stopped by and left within 10 minutes. After the inspector left, some of the employees starting talking about how glad they were that he didn’t inspect their supply or cases thoroughly. They used too much glue on the lash extensions and it was painful for me. Also lost all of my natural eyelashes :(

RecommendedKaris at Oh’so is the best lash tech in the valley! Price is fair and quality is top notch! She is so sweet. Her room is clean and comfortable. My daughter has been getting volume extension from her for over a year and we can't express enough how much we love them and her!
This place is disgusting! I have never seen such a poor excuse of a salon. What a crap hole! I don’t know what’s worse the cleanness of the establishment / cross contamination pit hole, or the lack of intelligence/customer service from management.I guess on the other hand if If you get your lashes done here you get a free gift with purchase, (Pink eye)! Apparently the girls in this salon have disgusting cleaning habits. A client came in for lash extensions the day before her wedding and ended up with pink eye. She called to express her concerns and was treated as if she didn’t matter. Keep in mind they knew her wedding was the next day!! How unprofessional and unsanitary!! 10/10 would go to a Walmart salon before going to them.
I left a message yesterday for Hannah to call me. I’ve left messages before but never got a call back, so I’m not surprised that I didn’t get a call back this time either. And now, when I call the salon, there’s no answer, and I can’t leave a message because the mailbox is full. Will someone please ask Hannah to call Sue May. Thank you.
