About this business
We are proud to serve unique Tokyo-style sushi and authentic Okinawan cuisine. Our sushi is a unique Kanto or Tokyo-style. Our rice is prepared with a special blend of rice vinegar and Japanese sea salt, and is purposely served warm unlike others that you may have experience. To bring out the natural seafood flavors, OHSHIMA sushi is individually glazed with special soy sauce or with sea salt and yuzu (Japanese citron). Additional soy sauce is not necessary, but we will provide it upon request.

satisfied Wow, absolutely amazing. I never would have thought that one of the most exquisite Japanese restaurantâs Iâve been to in the US would be in my old hometown of Orange. Run by a friendly husband and wife team, Ohshima provides a refreshingly eclectic and delicious take on the traditional Japanese small plate dinner with global combinations and exciting textural juxtapositions.
Good, but pricey The sushi here is extremely fresh and very tasty! But be prepared to pay the price for it!! Good, small, authentic atmosphere.
Fresh, melt in your mouth SUSHI!! Excellent sushi! Very fresh! But be prepared to pay a pretty penny for it, but it's worth it. The place is small and intimate. Good service, friendly.
RecommendedSmall place so get in line at 11 if you want to get in at 11:30 for lunch. Otherwise it’s a long wait. Sushi quality is great. Black cod, blue fin tuna and uni were delicious.
Epic. This is hands-down the best sushi restaurant I have ever been to. It is my favorite restaurant. There is nothing better on earth in my 40 years of eating experience
