treated horribly!!!! rude and condescending staff. acted annoyed. i was very ill and offered nothing to help my comfort level. had chills... no blanket or pillow. horrible communication. before i left the np gave me pills that specifically said take with food and she gave me nothing with them. ended up vomiting. they acted like they couldnt get me out of there fast enough. I've also left 3 messages now with the manager who has yet to return my call. horrible horrible horrible

Came in at 1pm for a pre employment drug screen. It’s now 2pm and the lady informed me that she just now put me up. They seem to lack organization. If it is like this on a regular basis they should maybe think about scheduling people for these appointments instead of just taking on loads of work. And it smells like burnt bagels from the Tim hortons in the lobby.

We have been here for 7 hours and my grandfather has a broken femoral head. But the laughing and joking at the nurses station is more important. Still waiting to go to riverside.. this one and Pickerington are useless, and should be called an urgent care or minute clinic.
