They r rude, take forever doing anything, it's ridiculous! We got there at 745 because my sugar levels were high and I wasn't feeling good. They gave me saline then left us sitting in the room as it got later and darker with no one coming in to turn out lights. Then my nurse took off without unhooking my IV like i asked her to cause "her shift ended at 11" they tell me 223 is not high for blood sugar and after 4 hrs sent me home. I'll start going to urgent care in Delphos
The staff was great. Felt very welcomed and they answered all my questions I had. Great feeling!
I had so much compassion and care during my emergency room visit yesterday. Jamie who is a P.A. was absolutely amazing and very comforting knowing what I was going through was very scary. She made me comfortable at all times and was very thorough with treating me. Never have I had sooo much compassion in a visit. Thank you Jamie!
