Just left their walk-in clinic to see about getting a painful skin tag removed. Our regular doctor at Avita, Dr. Brown, said he did not have the instruments to remove a skin tag. After calling our insurance provider, they suggested we try the walk-in clinic. Interesting that Ohio Health had the same answer. At least the provider on call had a recommendation of a couple of dermatology centers rather than waiting the seven months for a dermatology opening at Advanced Dermatology of North Central Ohio. They have always been fast, helpful, and super friendly. There's another urgent care between me and this one and I'll drive past it to go here because I'll probably be seen sooner anyway. Quality of care has always been great, and the two providers I saw were both very capable and professional.
We have gone to this urgent care twice now for ear infections for my little girl. They have been absolutely amazing both times and I appreciate them so much. Very quick and attentive to our needs. . Highly recommended I will not be going anywhere else!
