Going on a big rant here. My mother in law is a diabetic and 95 years old. She went last Monday, the 22 of September to get her test strips refilled at the pharmacy. She had 2 refills left. The Pharmacy said they couldn't fill the prescription yet as they needed her provider Seth Benge, at Ohio Health to sign this stupid form that medicare requires. The form was done in January and thought it was good for the year. But no, had to be filled out again. I mean, Medicare knows she is diabetic. Why the form? Anyway, the form was ... read more
After trying to call to reschedule my initial appointment and never getting someone to answer on Monday, I was able to reschedule my appointment the following day on Tuesday and today Wednesday the 8th they cancel my new appointment and say they can’t see me due to missing the first appointment after they agreed to reschedule. A lack of professionalism has been shown from the supervisor Kaylee book.

I had a bad experience with Ohio “health” today. I had an appointment scheduled for 10am this morning. This appointment was verified with multiple text messages from Ohio health and also on my Mychart account. I arrived at 9:50 am and checked in at the front desk and was asked the typical questions about Covid exposure and questions to verify my information in their system.
