The worst emergency room experience ever. To come in from emergency squad vehicle. With shortness of breath & chest pain. Diagnosed with lupus & copd. The first nurse we see doesn't give eye contact and waves us away with urgency saying no no I don’t have no rooms available without directing us where to go. When I did finally get service while I was getting my EKG done, barely can breathe, scared, frustrated. The nurses was laughing and cracking jokes while working on me. Where is the bedside manner? Smh

I went here today bc I am pregnant and am worried about a miscarriage. When I first walked in, there were only 2 other people in the waiting area with me. They called me back after like 1 minutes of being seated and took me back to ask questions then sent me BACK out to the waiting area ..? Weird way to do things in my opinion. But I just went along with it. Every place does things their own way. Useless ER. Can’t even give clear directions, seems like the entirety of the their staff is more interested in sitting around twiddling their thumbs than actually helping people. Highly advise going elsewhere if you can avoid this place.

I called an ambulance because my mom was having problems breathing. Then to find out that the guy in the back of the ambulance with my mom was mocking my last name. Going on 6 hours now and still no updates on her blood work or any other test. Have not even seen a doctor. Once already had to pull my mom out of this Hospital and looks like I'm going to have to do it again. I see why now this hospital has low reviews.
