Understaffed , long waits , resulting in rude staff
The checking in tablet system was having issues- 3 of us went through the check in process from start to finish and it was not adding us to the list. One of the phlebotomists even watched me go through the check in process and then just walked away so nothing was solved and no one was helped.
There is a quest lab right next to my doctor's office. It can be very backed up. However, I recently went there and signed up for a slot that was 35 minutes away. In that time I was able to walk downstairs to the urgent Care and get registered and get in for x-rays. Leave and get back upstairs within the 35 minutes. They called me to the back perhaps 5 minutes after my appointment time. I wish I knew the name of the lab tech with whom I dealt. She was absolutely the nicest woman! This used to be a great place to get your labs done, since being taken over my Quest the service is slow and costly. Wouldn't recommend unless it's your only option!
