I took my wife here to the ER when she injured her foot and we needed to have x-rays to make sure nothing was broken. We arrived around 10:30a and by 11:10a we were on our way home. The staff were incredibly professional and kind. I would highly recommend this OhioHealth Medical Center in Canal Winchester. Even though we have a hospital less than a mile from our house, I would definitely come back here.
I was not feeling well and knew my symptoms needed immediate attention. I was going to go to the Pickerington location but my daughter insisted I go to the Canal location since it’s closer….so glad I did! RN’s Sarah C, Kathy P and PA Kyle were AMAZING! They were all great listeners, with the best bedside manners. Transparently, as a black woman, who often feels unseen and neglected by medical professionals, this was one of the best experiences in a medical facility I have ever had! Staff were incredibly friendly. Facility was very clean. Definitely would recommend if you’re looking for great patient care!
