We use this place for my grandmother they are the best locally for in home therapy. They listen to the patient and the family as to what they need to work on. Communication is great and they are always on time. If these people can do great with my stubborn grandma they can do anything 🙂
There are not enough words to describe my deepest gratitude and appreciation for Savannah my nurse. Her medical knowledge is extensive. And that is what has made her both empathetic and sympathetic allowing the absolute best care for each patient. Alone with excellent medical care her psychological support has meant the world to me and my family. Yes, this is a rebuttal to the inconsiderate person who wrote some unprofessional, angry, unclear situations and unsubstantiated, in my opinion about a nurse at Ohioans Home Care. I have been with both thre nurse and Ohioans home healthcare for quite awhile. I ask for them after each hospital stay, which are many. Melissa is my nurse and is a wonderful nurse who is compassionate and makes sure to follow her orders for her patient and makes sure her patient is well taken care of! Very unprofessional had a nurse by the name of Melissa S starts out as nice as could be until she doesn't get her way also a very good liar call my home and left message which I recorded stating the hospital where I had surgery at called her with a message for me stating I had to go to labcorp to get my labs done NOT knowing I had just left the my doctor's office getting labs done and oppose to getting a new nurse I was discharge by Melissa word even the facility never wanted to hear the recording I was told someone would be... read more
