Cancelling an appointment via text message on your clients the day before a scheduled appointment that you juggled your schedule to make happen is not a good way to do business. All that after having to wait 3 weeks for the appointment. Not to mention I was set to see my dentist the day after for follow up.. not happy. The apology was a reflex and not sincere. I know the world runs on money …! So enjoy it.. You'll have plenty the way you're doing business..

Staff was very attentive and caring towards our little man who went in for ear tubes! Very happy.
we took my son for double ear tubes, everyone was so welcoming and sweet.
We’ve had our kids in for three different ear surgeries - EVERY single time has been a wonderful experience. Efficient, prompt, and a genuinely caring staff. Highly recommend.
Our daughter had her tonsils and adenoids removed today by Dr.Gupta (Ohio ENT) and it was a great experience. The process is organized and the nurses and doctors were incredibly sweet, skilled and thoughtful. They gave her a teddy bear, a “you are brave” certificate and the nurse let her be involved in taking out her IV! Very very happy with the experience and would give 5 stars. Appointment was at 8:15 and we were on the road home by 10:30!
From the moment we signed in, throughout surgery, and in recovery the staff was all amazing and took great care of my 3 year old daughter!
I can’t say enough about your staff! Best experience and the most helpful staff in town! From the front desk to the end! Nurse Donna(I believe this is your name, I was still a little loopy) but you are a true asset to you profession ! Five star service!
