I’ve had a few jobs completed by this company before and everything always went smoothly. This time, I had a whole roof replacement, which went swimmingly; however, I was also supposed to have gutter guards installed. It’s been a week since the initial date I was given for the installation and have YET to have them installed. I’ve been given the runaround with the install date being pushed back 5 times. When someone is paying tens of thousands of dollars for your work, they expect it to be completed timely.
Everyone was extremely nice and helpful! Any issues that came up along they reached out and let us know! We had our roof re-shingled due to leaks. It looks fantastic and haven't had any issues since!! We had a few hiccups with our insurance company and everyone at ohio roofing solutions walked us through the process and kept us informed! Highly recommend!
From the estimate to time of repair they showed up when they said they would. I had two roofs put on one For my home and a second for a rental house. The price was fair and they cleaned up after themselves. I Would highly recommend Ohio Roofing.
