I went in to have work done one time and they disconnected the APU which caused my truck to die and required a jump, also caused me to lose my first load back out. 2nd time I just needed an aero guard replaced, they ordered the wrong part, 3rd time Inwent back they only put half the aero guard on and left my refrigerator unplugged and also disconnected my APU again so the food in the fridge went rotted in the 5 days they had my truck and spoiled and stunk up the fridge and the truck so bad i had to replace it.
