Eugene was very thorough and spent a long time prepping the surfaces before painting.
Very Professional. Quickly responded to my email, showed up on time. Did an awesome job.
Weather was a concern for our project. We were still surprised there wasn t more communication ahead of a crew coming to our house. However, outside of a few touch ups, the work was done very quickly and looks great!
I contracted this company in August. They arrived to do the job in mid-November just as the season was changing. Rain and cold weather spread the job over two weeks. The trim paint was the wrong color. The crew offered to go back and exchange it, but I was too concerned with getting the job done. We are more than willing to address his concerns by discussing his specific issues if he could call the office when the weather breaks. After looking back on the notes from the crew Ron decided to go forward with our company to paint his house even though it was November and knowing that the job can only be done when the weather was good. Not a very good experience. Roger came out and seemed professional, but his crew were anything but. He said it would only take a few days which I knew was inaccurate, where it took closer to 2 weeks. The crew showed up pretty much when they wanted to, didn't do a job as well as promised and pretty much ruined my cloth awnings in the process which I only recently discovered. Job started and finished on time Very satisfied with the job
Whoever this company hired that day to paint my house, did a horrible job on a variety of things. Prep of the surface was not as clean as it could be prior to painting. Areas needed sanded and they did not do this before painting. I was to receive 2 coats of paint, and I did not. They oversprayed GRAY PAINT onto 1. My WHITE newer garage door 2. Front screen door 3.
