Dr. Robie did surgery on my left knee, very minimal scarring and I had such a quick recovery. His and his staff are very informative and caring towards their patients. After my surgery they called me everyday for a week to see how I was doing and make sure everything was going smoothly for me. This was back in July 2016, I am now seeing him again after injuring the same knee again in December 2016 and couldn't be happier as to whom my doctor is. I just had surgery and I was really nervous about getting my leg looked at. I went in and saw my leg for the first time since surgery when they took the cast off. I was very scared and broke down crying when I saw my leg. It looked horribly swollen and crooked. The staff reassured me that everything was fine and made every effort to keep me out of pain while they did x-rays and took the stitches out. They treated me with such respect and I appreciate it. The staff and doctors are the best, can't thank them enough for how they treated me.
I was in there yesterday and then today for surgery. Excellent care and attention to detail on your specific situation. Dr. Rerko and his staff were all wonderful both days. He explained everything in detail from the worst case to best case scenario which is what I prefer. I don’t like sugar coating things. Give it to me straight so I know exactly what I may be up against. The girls are so sweet and caring. They attended to my needs with great care and concern. I’ve only had my first initial visit here with Dr. Thompson but my experience was top notch. My appointment was originally scheduled a week later and I made several follow up calls to check on cancellations to possibly get in sooner. Thankfully that was able to happen. But each time I called the schedulers were very courteous and helpful. Nanette (I believe that was her name) was especially helpful and spent 10 minutes explaining the process and showed genuine concern about my health condition.
