I brought a nice car from these people 6 yrs ago and it is still running great. I love my car still. Well a few months ago i went back to the same dealer to try and get another car and Dan the owner kinda blew me off so i will never go back to him .. 2010 Ford F150 $17,000 and the drive train dropped out of it after making the 1st payment! At first they said we had a warranty so they increased the down payment, then made us sign an "as is" paper. They refused to help pay for the repairs. Waited 45 days for the license plate to top it off! Very rude, unprofessional & sneaky.. they should change their name to OHIO VALLEY LEMON GROUP LLC!
My daughter realized after signing her car loan that they added a $1000 extra to the price . Shady place if you ask me. They kept telling her to come back with her down payment that day because they knew I couldn't come back with her to help her verify everything I had to leave and they told her they needed it that day they couldn't wait for the next day when I would be able to come back and read over with her . Got a vehicle and I have to replace the exhaust from the Cadillac converter back.. When my mom called (she is paying for the car) they called her names and cussed at her. Would not recommend!! UPDATE; I just tried to trade my 2004 Hyundai Satna Fe in. I got it off them in December. I'm paying $6000 for this car. I was just told it is worth $500 and the guy that sold it to me should be shot. Thank you Roger from Ohio Motor Groups.
